GCC modified for the FreeChainXenon project

All of the jit testcases that generate debuginfo appear to have been
failing since r240228 on their 2nd in-process iteration on this
assertion in set_early_dwarf's ctor:
gcc_assert (! early_dwarf_finished);
Root cause is that the global is never reset at the end of compilation,
which this patch fixes in the obvious way.
gcc/ChangeLog:
* dwarf2out.c (dwarf2out_c_finalize): Reset early_dwarf and
early_dwarf_finished.

This directory contains the GNU Compiler Collection (GCC). The GNU Compiler Collection is free software. See the files whose names start with COPYING for copying permission. The manuals, and some of the runtime libraries, are under different terms; see the individual source files for details. The directory INSTALL contains copies of the installation information as HTML and plain text. The source of this information is gcc/doc/install.texi. The installation information includes details of what is included in the GCC sources and what files GCC installs.
