GCC modified for the FreeChainXenon project

This was found when testing buildroot with linuxthreads enabled. In this case, the build passes --disable-tls to the toolchain during configuration. After building the OpenRISC toolchain it was still generating TLS code sequences and causing linker failures such as: ..../or1k-buildroot-linux-uclibc-gcc -o gpsd-3.24/gpsctl .... -lusb-1.0 -lm -lrt -lnsl ..../ld: ..../sysroot/usr/lib/libusb-1.0.so: undefined reference to `__tls_get_addr' This patch fixes this by disabling tls for the OpenRISC target when requested via --disable-tls. gcc/ChangeLog: * config/or1k/or1k.cc (TARGET_HAVE_TLS): Only define if HAVE_AS_TLS is defined. This directory contains the GNU Compiler Collection (GCC). The GNU Compiler Collection is free software. See the files whose names start with COPYING for copying permission. The manuals, and some of the runtime libraries, are under different terms; see the individual source files for details. The directory INSTALL contains copies of the installation information as HTML and plain text. The source of this information is gcc/doc/install.texi. The installation information includes details of what is included in the GCC sources and what files GCC installs. See the file gcc/doc/gcc.texi (together with other files that it includes) for usage and porting information. An online readable version of the manual is in the files gcc/doc/gcc.info*.
