Link to the docs for GCC trunk instead. For the release branches, the link should be to the docs for appropriate release branch. Also replace the incomplete/outdated list of explicit -std options with a single entry for the -std option. libstdc++-v3/ChangeLog: PR libstdc++/115269 * doc/xml/manual/using.xml: Replace link to gcc-4.3.2 docs.
