This is enough to get gfx1030 and gfx1100 working; there are still some test failures to investigate, and probably some tuning to do. gcc/ChangeLog: * config/gcn/gcn-opts.h (TARGET_PACKED_WORK_ITEMS): Add TARGET_RDNA3. * config/gcn/gcn-valu.md (all_convert): New iterator.
