	* include/bits/stl_function.h (_Select1st<>::operator()): Add
	templatized overloads.
	* include/bits/hashtable_policy.h (_Select1st): Remove; revert
	everything to std::_Select1st.
	* include/bits/unordered_map.h: Likewise.
