	* libsupc++/eh_alloc.cc: Fix return type of memset declaration.
	* libsupc++/eh_globals.cc: If !_GLIBCXX_HOSTED declare malloc and free.

	(it_value_type_traits_<>::make_valid, recast): Adjust.
