P2321R2 adds additional conditionally explicit constructors to std::tuple which we'll concisely implement in a subsequent patch using explicit(bool), like in our C++20 std::pair implementation. This prerequisite patch adds member typedefs to _TupleConstraints for testing element-wise constructibility and convertibility separately; we'll use the first in the new constructors' constraints, and the second in their explicit specifier. In passing, this patch also redefines the existing member predicates __is_ex/implicitly_constructible in terms of these new members. This seems to reduce compile time and memory usage by about 10% for large tuples when using the converting constructors that're constrained by _Explicit/_ImplicitCtor. libstdc++-v3/ChangeLog: * include/std/tuple (_TupleConstraints::__convertible): Define. This directory contains the GNU Compiler Collection (GCC). The GNU Compiler Collection is free software. See the files whose names start with COPYING for copying permission. The manuals, and some of the runtime libraries, are under different terms; see the individual source files for details. The directory INSTALL contains copies of the installation information as HTML and plain text. The source of this information is gcc/doc/install.texi. The installation information includes details of what is included in the GCC sources and what files GCC installs. See the file gcc/doc/gcc.texi (together with other files that it includes) for usage and porting information. An online readable version of the manual is in the files gcc/doc/gcc.info*.
