	* testsuite/libstdc++-dg/normal.exp: Compute DEFAULT_CXXFLAGS
	differently.

	* include/bits/ios_base.h (ios_base::Init::_S_initialized): Remove.
	* src/ios_init.cc: Same.
	* config/linker-map.gnu: Same.
	* testsuite/27_io/ios_base/cons/copy_neg.cc: Adjust line numbers.
