	script into "intelligent" settings about defaults.  Remove redundancy.

	libgcc_s.
	* configure.in:  Slight reformatting, more comments.  Factor out
	"config/" from all the directories.

	correctly using STL with threads.  Add advice that section
	only applies if configured with --enable-threads.
