gcc_release: Build snapshots from mainline.

Browse source 
* gcc_release: Build snapshots from mainline.  Generate Ada and
	Chill tarballs.  Correct error check when building diffs.  Check
	for errors when building bzip2 files.
	* crontab: Use /sourceware/snapshot-tmp for building snapshots.
