Manual changes for .cc renaming.

gcc/ChangeLog:

	* Makefile.in: Rename .c names to .cc.

	* configure: Regenerate. Likewise.

	* gengtype.cc (set_gc_used): Likewise.
	(source_dot_c_frul): Likewise.
