re PR libgcc/64885 (libstdc++ all_attributes failure)

PR libgcc/64885
	* gthr-single.h: Use __unused__ attribute instead of unused.
	* config/gthr-vxworks.h: Likewise.
	* config/i386/gthr-win32.h: Likewise.
