fixincludes:
	* inclhack.def (glibc_strncpy): New fix.
	* fixincl.x: Regenerate.
	* tests/base/bits/string2.h: Update.

gcc/testsuite:
	* gcc.dg/strncpy-fix-1.c: New test.
