	(getCrossFeedResolution): Likewise.
	* javax/print/attribute/SetOfIntegerSyntax.java
	(SetOfIntegerSyntax): Fixed HTML entities in javadoc.
	* javax/print/attribute/TextSyntax.java
	(TextSyntax): Handle locale correctly.
	(hashCode): Calc better hashcode value.
	(equals): Fixed @return tag.
	(toString): New method.
