(genobjs static pattern rule): Remove %.c dependency. ($(BUILD_PREFIX_1)rtl.o, print-rtl.o, $(BUILD_PREFIX_1)varray.o): Rename rules; delete commands; fix dependencies. (mostlyclean): Do not delete temporary source copies. * configure.ac: Delete all references to BUILD_PREFIX and BUILD_PREFIX_1. * configure: Regenerate. * print-rtl.c: Include bconfig.h #ifdef GENERATOR_FILE. Do not include tree.h, real.h, flags.h, hard-reg-set.h, or basic-block.h #ifdef GENERATOR_FILE.
