Fix problems noticed while reviewing patch from Alex Oliva.
* config/i386/i386.h (HI_REGISTER_NAMES): Fix typos in comment. (ADDITIONAL_REGISTER_NAMES): Delete obsolete mmx register entries. From-SVN: r98966
