[Ada] Front-end inlining and instantiations of UC

	* sem_ch12.adb (Analyze_Subprogram_Instantiation): Mark Anon_Id
	intrinsic before calling Analyze_Instance_And_Renamings because
	this flag may be propagated to other nodes.
