rs6000: fix*_trunc insns use nonimmediate_operand

* config/rs6000/rs6000.md (fix_trunc<SFDF>si2_stfiwx): Use
        nonimmediate_operand for the destination.
        (fixuns_trunc<SFDF>si2_stfiwx): Likewise.
