	of linux_process_target.

	* linux-low.cc (supports_breakpoints): Turn into...
	(linux_process_target::low_supports_breakpoints): ...this.
	(linux_process_target::low_get_pc): Define.
	(linux_process_target::low_set_pc): Define.

	Update the callers below.
