When running gdb.base/infoline-reloc-main-from-zero.exp, I see:
...

...
Fix this by following the suggestion:
...
-set opts {debug "additional_flags=-nostdlib -emain -Wl,-Ttext=0x00"}
+set opts {debug "additional_flags=-nostdlib -emain -Wl,-Ttext=0x00 -Wl,-N"}
...
