The C source file for the 'callfuncs' test case did not compile with
-DNO_PROTOTYPES or -DPROTOTYPES. This patch fixes various syntax
errors under #ifdef NO_PROTOTYPES and a small typo under #ifdef
PROTOTYPES.
gdb/testsuite/ChangeLog:
* gdb.base/callfuncs.c (t_float_many_args): Fix syntax error in
code guarded by #ifdef NO_PROTOTYPES.
(t_double_many_args): Likewise.
(DEF_FUNC_MANY_ARGS_1): Likewise.
(DEF_FUNC_VALUES_1): Likewise.
(t_structs_ldc): Renamed from t_structs_fc in conditional code
guarded by #ifdef PROTOTYPES.
Two modifications:
1. The addition of 2013 to the copyright year range for every file;
2. The use of a single year range, instead of potentially multiple
year ranges, as approved by the FSF.
* elfread.c (elf_symtab_read): Do not ignore .L symbols if they are
BSF_SYNTHETIC.
gdb/testsuite/
* gdb.base/callfuncs.c (Lcallfunc, callfunc): New functions.
* gdb.base/callfuncs.exp (print callfunc (Lcallfunc, 5)): New test.
PR gdb/1158:
* valops.c (value_struct_elt): Treat function-valued field as a
static method.
gdb/testsuite:
* gdb.base/callfuncs.c (struct struct_with_fnptr): New struct.
(function_struct, function_struct_ptr): New globals.
* gdb.base/callfuncs.exp (do_function_calls): Test calling via a
function pointer in a struct.

* gdb.base/callfuncs.c (t_structs_a): Do not return a pointer
to a local (non-static) variable. Copy tstruct.a to a static buffer
and return a pointer to that buffer.
* gdb.base/callfwmall.c (t_structs_a): Ditto.
* gdb.base/callfuncs.c (t_float_values): This function must
_not_ be prototyped, and the following function (t_float_values2)
must be prototyped (if the compiler supports it), so that GDB
can be tested against both cases. Usually one case involves
promotion of float to double, while the other does not.
* gdb.base/callfwmall.c: Ditto.
t_double_values to initialize the FPU before inferior calls are made.
* gdb.base/callfuncs.exp: Test for register preservation after calling
inferior functions. Add tests for continuining, finishing and
returning from a stop in a call dummy.
