* breakpoint.c (detach_single_step_breakpoints): New function.
(detach_breakpoints): Call it.
(cancel_single_step_breakpoints): New function.
* breakpoint.h (cancel_single_step_breakpoints): Add prototype.
* spu-tdep.c (spu_memory_remove_breakpoint): New function.
