When running the selftests, I run into:

The warning can easily be reproduced outside the selftests by doing:

$ gdb -q -batch -ex "set arch aarch64:ilp32"
...
and can be prevented by first doing "set osabi none".
Fix the warning by setting osabi to none while doing selftests that iterate
over all architectures.
Tested on x86_64-linux.
This commit brings all the changes made by running gdb/copyright.py
as per GDB's Start of New Year Procedure.
For the avoidance of doubt, all changes in this commits were
performed by the script.

GDB currently uses the "Cygwin" OS ABI (GDB_OSABI_CYGWIN) for everything
related to Windows. If you build a GDB for a MinGW or Cygwin target, it
will have "Cygwin" as the default OS ABI in both cases (see
configure.tgt). If you load either a MinGW or Cygwin binary, the
"Cygwin" OS ABI will be selected in both cases.
This is misleading, because Cygwin binaries are a subset of the binaries
running on Windows. When building something with MinGW, the resulting
binary has nothing to do with Cygwin. Cygwin binaries are only special
in that they are Windows binaries that link to the cygwin1.dll library
(if my understanding is correct).
Looking at i386-cygwin-tdep.c, we can see that GDB does nothing
different when dealing with Cygwin binaries versus non-Cygwin Windows
binaries. However, there is at least one known bug which would require
us to make a distinction between the two OS ABIs, and that is the size
of the built-in "long" type on x86-64. On native Windows, this is 4,
whereas on Cygwin it's 8.
So, this patch adds a new OS ABI, "Windows", and makes GDB use it for
i386 and x86-64 PE executables, instead of the "Cygwin" OS ABI. A
subsequent patch will improve the OS ABI detection so that GDB
differentiates the non-Cygwin Windows binaries from the Cygwin Windows
binaries, and applies the "Cygwin" OS ABI for the latter.
The default OS ABI remains "Cygwin" for the GDBs built with a Cygwin
target.
I've decided to split the i386_cygwin_osabi_sniffer function in two,
I think it's cleaner to have a separate sniffer for Windows binaries and
Cygwin cores, each checking one specific thing.

This commit applies all changes made after running the gdb/copyright.py
script.
Note that one file was flagged by the script, due to an invalid
copyright header
(gdb/unittests/basic_string_view/element_access/char/empty.cc).
As the file was copied from GCC's libstdc++-v3 testsuite, this commit
leaves this file untouched for the time being; a patch to fix the header
was sent to gcc-patches first.

gdb has to inform libcc1.so of the target being used, so that the
correct compiler can be invoked. The compiler is invoked using the
GNU configury triplet prefix, e.g., "x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu-gcc".
In order for this to work we need to map the gdbarch to the GNU
configury triplet arch. In most cases these are identical; however,
the x86 family poses some problems, as the BFD arch names are quite
different from the GNU triplet names. So, we introduce a new gdbarch
method for this. A regular expression is used because there are
various valid values for the arch prefix in the triplet.
This patch also updates the osabi code to associate a regular
expression with the OS ABI. I have only added a concrete value for
Linux. Note that the "-gnu" part is optional, at least on Fedora it
is omitted from the installed GCC executable's name.
