Add --gc-sections test checking removal of __start/__stop symbols.
Well, just __stop__foo but that should be good enough.
* testsuite/ld-gc/stop.d,
* testsuite/ld-gc/stop.s: New test.
* testsuite/ld-gc/gc.exp: Run it.
