1d506c26d9 Update copyright year range in header of all files managed by GDB 
This commit is the result of the following actions:

  - Running gdb/copyright.py to update all of the copyright headers to
    include 2024,

  - Manually updating a few files the copyright.py script told me to
    update, these files had copyright headers embedded within the
    file,

  - Regenerating gdbsupport/Makefile.in to refresh it's copyright
    date,

  - Using grep to find other files that still mentioned 2023.  If
    these files were updated last year from 2022 to 2023 then I've
    updated them this year to 2024.

I'm sure I've probably missed some dates.  Feel free to fix them up as
you spot them.

213516ef31 Update copyright year range in header of all files managed by GDB 
This commit is the result of running the gdb/copyright.py script,
which automated the update of the copyright year range for all
source files managed by the GDB project to be updated to include
year 2023.

f10ffa4146 Rename demangle.c to gdb-demangle.c, and some cleanup 
In addition to renaming demangle.c to match the header file naming,
this also makes is_cplus_marker return a bool and removes a duplicate
declaration of "bool demangle" from symtab.h.

42a4f53d2b Update copyright year range in all GDB files. 
This commit applies all changes made after running the gdb/copyright.py
script.

Note that one file was flagged by the script, due to an invalid
copyright header
(gdb/unittests/basic_string_view/element_access/char/empty.cc).
As the file was copied from GCC's libstdc++-v3 testsuite, this commit
leaves this file untouched for the time being; a patch to fix the header
was sent to gcc-patches first.

10217050c8 Fix completer.c FIXME, and invalid pointer to pointer conversion. 
As mentioned in the previous patch, I grepped for "\*\*) &" and found
one hit in completer.c.

I was about to post a patch that simply made
current_demangling_style_string const, and cast away constness at the
xfree site.  However, looking deeper, it seem to be there's a lot of
dead code in the file.

First, all external callers of set_demangling_style are found in the
stabs reader, commented out for over 12 years:

I don't think it's likely we'll ever make the older mangling schemes
work for stabs.  If we do, we can rediscuss the approach then.

Then, set_demangling_command has special handling for unknown
demangling styles, but "set demangle-style" is an enum command, and
with those, the user can only specify a known enumeration value, by
design:

  (gdb) set demangle-style gangnam-style
  Undefined item: "gangnam-style".


This patch removes all that dead code, then makes
current_demangling_style_string point to an element of
demangling_style_names, as the FIXME suggests, and then makes
current_demangling_style_string, removing the need for the 'const char
**' cast.

0b1afbb37b Consistent use of (C) after "Copyright". 
While writing the previous patch, I noticed that we're not consistent
with the (C) in the copyright header.  The maintainers manual prefers
having it, though also says it's optional.  We have over 10x more
files with (C) than without in gdb's code, so I spent a few minutes
grepping and fixing.  Funny enough, the testsuite has it backwards.
I'll leave that for another time.

28e7fd6234 Update years in copyright notice for the GDB files. 
Two modifications:
  1. The addition of 2013 to the copyright year range for every file;
