* hppa.h (FLAG_STRICT): Correct comment.

(pa_opcodes): Update load and store entries to allow both PA 1.X and
	PA 2.0 mneumonics when equivalent.  Entries with cache control
	completers now require PA 1.1.  Adjust whitespace.
