libctf: remove AC_CONFIG_MACRO_DIR

Browse source 
ACLOCAL_AMFLAGS is being set already.  So using AC_CONFIG_MACRO_DIR is
unnecessary.

ChangeLog:

	* libctf/configure: Regenerated.
	* libctf/configure.ac: remove AC_CONFIG_MACRO_DIR usage.
