* mipsread.c (parse_partial_symbols): Enter the name of all
structs/unions... into the psymtab so we can access them if the
symtab is not read in.
* mips-tdep.c: Remove some unneded (?) #includes.
* xconfig/dec3100: Add HAVE_STRSTR.
