* xtensa-tdep.c (windowing_enabled): Remove inline attribute. (xtensa_write_register, xtensa_read_register): Likewise. (xtensa_hextochar): Removed. (xtensa_init_reggroups): Replace xtensa_hextochar () by explicit code.
