Make MAX_REGISTER_RAW_SIZE and MAX_REGISTER_VIRTUAL_SIZE optional.
	* gdbarch.sh (DEPRECATED_MAX_REGISTER_RAW_SIZE): Variable with
	predicate.  Replace MAX_REGISTER_RAW_SIZE.
	(DEPRECATED_MAX_REGISTER_VIRTUAL_SIZE): Ditto for
	MAX_REGISTER_VIRTUAL_SIZE.
