gdb: make debug_infrun a bool

gdb/ChangeLog:

	* infrun.h (debug_infrun): Make a bool.
	* infrun.c (debug_infrun): Make a bool.
	(_initialize_infrun): Use add_setshow_boolean_cmd to define "set
	debug infrun".
