convert to_mourn_inferior

	* target-delegates.c: Rebuild.
	* target.c (default_mourn_inferior): New function.
	(target_mourn_inferior): Unconditionally delegate.
	* target.h (struct target_ops) <to_mourn_inferior>: Use
	TARGET_DEFAULT_FUNC.
