Remove redundant WIFSTOPPED check

WIFSTOPPED is checked linux_wstatus_maybe_breakpoint, so WIFSTOPPED
in "WIFSTOPPED (wstat) && linux_wstatus_maybe_breakpoint (wstat)"
is redundant.  This patch removes WIFSTOPPED check.
