amd64-linux-nat: Use ptid from regcache instead of inferior_ptid

gdb/ChangeLog:

	* amd64-linux-nat.c (amd64_linux_fetch_inferior_registers,
	amd64_linux_fetch_inferior_registers): Use regcache->ptid
	instead of inferior_ptid.
