* paread.c: New file that contains all HPPA/HPUX symbol reading

code.
	* dbxread.c:  Remove almost all HPPA/HPUX symbol reading code.
	* (dbx_symfile_init):  Use sizeof(long) instead of 4.
	* (dbx_symfile_offsets):  Make static.
	* (pastab_build_psymtabs):  New interface routine for paread to
	send stabs into dbxread.
	* gdb-stabs.h:  Remove gobs of HPPA cruft.
