gdb: remove TYPE_DYN_PROP_ADDR

Browse source 
Remove TYPE_DYN_PROP_ADDR, replacing its uses with calling
dynamic_prop::const_val directly.

gdb/ChangeLog:

	* gdbtypes.h (TYPE_DYN_PROP_ADDR): Remove, replace uses with
	dynamic_prop::const_val.
