gdb: remove TYPE_RANGE_DATA macro

Remove it in favor of using type::bounds directly.

gdb/ChangeLog:

	* gdbtypes.h (TYPE_RANGE_DATA): Remove.  Update callers to use
	the type::bounds method directly.
