gdb: remove symtab::blockvector

symtab::blockvector is a wrapper around compunit_symtab::blockvector.
It is a bit misleadnig, as it gives the impression that a symtab has a
blockvector. Remove it, change all users to fetch the blockvector
through the compunit instead.
