* breakpoint.h (get_number_or_range): Declare.
	* printcmd.c (ALL_DISPLAYS): Declare.
	(delete_display): Reimplement taking a display pointer.
	(undisplay_command): Accept a range of displays to delete, using
	get_number_or_range.
