Add netbsd_nat::pid_to_exec_file

        * netbsd-nat.h: Include <unistd.h>.
        * (netbsd_nat::pid_to_exec_file): Add.
        * netbsd-nat.c: Include <sys/types.h> and <sys/sysctl.h>.
