gdb: remove TYPE_OBJFILE_OWNED macro

Update all users to use the type::is_objfile_owned method.

gdb/ChangeLog:

	* gdbtypes.h (TYPE_OBJFILE_OWNED): Remove, update all users to
	use the type::is_objfile_owned method.
