	declaration and out-of-date comment.
	* blockframe.c (deprecated_pc_in_call_dummy_at_entry_point):
	Delete function.
	* mn10300-tdep.c (mn10300_gdbarch_init): Do not set
	deprecated_pc_in_call_dummy.
