Define _KERNTYPES in alpha-bsd-nat.c

Fixes build on NetBSD. types.h does not define register_t by default.

gdb/ChangeLog:

	* alpha-bsd-nat.c: Define _KERNTYPES to get the declaration of
	register_t.
