	* breakpoint.c, blockframe.c, infrun.c, cp-valprint.c, main.c,
	printcmd.c, source.c, stack.c, utils.c, valprint.c:
	Use annotate.c functions to output annotations.
	* Makefile.in (OBS): Add annotate.o.
