(arm_linux_call_dummy_words): Delete declaration.
(EXTRACT_RETURN_VALUE, PUSH_ARGUMENTS): Delete.
(arm_linux_extract_return_value, arm_linux_push_arguments): Delete
declarations.
(LOWEST_PC): Delete.
