gdb: remove TYPE_ENDIANITY_NOT_DEFAULT

gdb/ChangeLog:

	* gdbtypes.h (TYPE_ENDIANITY_NOT_DEFAULT): Remove, replace all
	uses with type::endianity_is_not_default.
