	(deprecated_set_gdbarch_data): Rename set_gdbarch_data.

	* dwarf2-frame.c (dwarf2_frame_init): Replace "gdbarch" paramter
	with"obstack", use OBSTACK_ZALLOC.

	(dwarf2_frame_init_reg): Use gdbarch_data.
	(_initialize_dwarf2_frame): Use gdbarch_data_register_pre_init.
