gdb: delete unused function print_char_chars

Spotted that print_char_chars appears to be unused, delete it.  There
should be no user visible changes after this commit.

gdb/ChangeLog:

	* valprint.c (print_char_chars): Delete definition.
	* valprint.h (print_char_chars): Delete declaration.
